RETURN POLICY

Training Guides: Due to the nature of the product (instant download), there will are no refunds for purchases of training guides. 

Merchandise (Bags, Tees, Accessories, etc.): We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must have been misprinted, damaged, or defective. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@glowandgrowfitness.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received your return. If the item is eligible for a return / exchange (only misprints, damages & defects are accepted), you will be refunded on your original payment method OR you will be sent a replacement item, at no charge.
NOTE: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (allow at least 5 business days).

Third Party Purchases: Any purchases made through third party affiliate links on this site must be addressed with the merchant in which the purchase was made. Glow & Grow Fitness has no direct control of services or products provided by these merchants.
