Small group training and group fitness classes are a fun & convenient way to incorporate exercise into your life while reaching your health & fitness goals. Group fitness is a great way to have fun while staying active and accountable through a supportive community of individuals looking to live a healthier & happier life!

This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and advanced alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
CARDIO HIIT (BODYWEIGHT)
An efficient, but fun way to tackle cardio workouts, boost muscular endurance and burn some serious fat with no equipment required.
Cardio Sculpt is a fun, but fairly intense class that combines low impact cardio exercises with muscle sculpting exercises, such as the use of weights, to tone & tighten while blasting calories.
STRENGTH TRAINING HIIT (WEIGHTS)
Another efficient but great way to burn fat while adding muscle. All you need is a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat to get your sweat on.
LOW IMPACT, HIGH INTENSITY
Low-impact is a style of exercise that increases your heart rate while minimizing the amount of stress and impact on your joints. Because there is zero running or jumping with low impact exercises, it makes it a great option for beginners, older adults or those with joint issues.

You can expect a training style that combines a variety to burn MAJOR fat without getting bored! Routines consist of but are not limited to HIIT (high-intensity interval training), Circuit Training, and Resistance Training using a variety of tools (i.e., dumbbells, loop bands, etc.).
