Online Personal Training & Coaching
PERSONAL TRAINING
If you prefer one-on-one interaction and accountability, then this service is for you. This option includes customized programming to help you burn fat, boost your metabolism, and improve your overall health. Through a combination of a strategic exercise regimen & healthy diet tailored to your likes, I will get you in the best shape of your life!

My training style combines a variety to burn MAJOR fat without getting bored! Routines consists of, but not limited to: HIIT (high intensity interval training), Circuit Training, and Resistance Training using a variety of tools (i.e. dumbbells, loop bands, etc).
Working with me as your Trainer, you can expect:

Customized Workout Plan - You will be given a 30-day calendar of custom workouts to match your interests and help you reach your fitness goals!

Fitness Assessment - This includes: analysis of current activity and nutrition behaviors, weight monitoring, body measurement tracking (waist & hips), as well as, Before & After photos to visually keep up with your progress.

Ongoing Nutrition Counseling - You will receive personalized feedback and guidance regarding your nutrition & what to eat.

Private Support - On-going accountability via in-app messaging. With this support, you can message me at any time if you have a question or if you're just in need of words of encouragement!

WEIGHT LOSS COACHING
For those in need of someone to not only show them how to use the tools to lead a fit life, but also serve as their biggest cheerleader on their journey to a happier and overall healthy life. Working with me as your weight loss coach will keep you motivated, encouraged, and on track to reaching your highest potential – both physically and mentally!

Weekly check-ins via Video OR Phone Calls - We will discuss your progress, make adjustments to plans, celebrate successes for the previous week (non-scale victories as well), and identifying opportunities for improvement.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
If you prefer to workout in a group setting or want to tackle your weight loss / fitness journey with a group of friends, then this is for you! A minimum of 3 participants is required to book a group session.

My group sessions consists of: circuit training + interval training, combining elements of aerobics, resistance training, kickboxing, and even a little (emphasis on LITTLE) dance!
​
Small Group Training Pricing starts at $300 per month for 1 session a week.
